been built on that foundation. Here at ConsultaNet we understand how expensive support is (for us as well as you). That is why we offer three levels of support.
At the top the first level is of course the phone or email. This is the method of

The next level is remote access. This is only now coming into its own with the take up of broadband. With the bandwidth now available through broadband we can efficiently take control of your PC and assist you directly resolve the support issue.
In order to do this a piece of software is installed on your client PC.
This software used in conjunction with broadband and our special VPN routers allows us to view your PC’s screen securely across the Internet. Of course as a direct consequence of this technology we can also setup your staff with remote access. Maybe you wish to access the office from home, or connect two remote offices together, all is possible. With the correct type of broadband (and our Quickmail is the correct type) and the right router all your remote offices can be connected together.
Due to the costs involved with the purchase and installation of the remote access software this type of support has a small annual charge based around the number of PC’s.
The third level is onsite call out. There is no getting away from it sometimes the only answer is an engineer sat in front of the PC.
